Where Kemo costs you money is the connection pricing. The base plan is single-connection, and the second connection is charged at full rate rather than at a discount, which effectively doubles the subscription for any household with more than one television. OTT Navigator is the enthusiast option: the most configurable of the three, with the best handling of multiple playlists and the most granular control over buffer size and decoder selection. IPTV streams arrive without the aggressive client-side optimisation that mainstream services apply, which means the player is doing more work with less help, and the base Fire TV Stick's constrained RAM shows up as longer channel-switch times and more aggressive app restarts when you run a heavy EPG.
