What this page replaces
Earlier versions of this page described a testing operation that StreamReviewHQ does not run: a dedicated hardware bench, a five-minute uptime probe, timed support tickets, and multi-month device trials. Those descriptions were not accurate and have been removed. Any score, uptime percentage or measured bitrate on this site that was derived from them should not be relied on. This page states what our reviews are actually based on.
Ownership comes first
StreamReviewHQ is owned and operated by the same company as IPTVTheOne, a service listed and ranked on this site. We are not an independent publication. Read the full ownership disclosure.
What our reviews are based on
Publicly verifiable information only:
- Advertised channel counts, as published by the provider, quoted as a claim rather than as a verified total.
- Published pricing and billing terms, with the date we checked them.
- Stated device and player compatibility, as documented by the provider.
- Published refund, trial and cancellation terms.
- Whether the provider's own public pages resolved on the date shown.
What we do not do
- We do not operate a testing lab, a hardware rig, or an uptime probe.
- We do not publish measured uptime, measured bitrate, measured startup time or measured rebuffer rates.
- We do not open support tickets or time responses.
- We do not verify advertised channel counts. Where a provider's own material is inconsistent, we say so rather than picking a number.
How figures are labelled
Every number is either attributed to the source that published it, or marked UNVERIFIED. Where we could not check something, the page says we could not check it. We do not estimate and then present the estimate as a measurement.
Remediation in progress
Many individual reviews on this site were written against the earlier, inaccurate methodology and still contain first-person testing narratives and performance figures. Those pages are being reviewed and corrected. Until a page carries a "compiled from published sources" note, treat its performance figures as unverified.
Corrections
If a figure here is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it and date the correction.
